Privacy and text messages.

What we collect

When you request a tour, we receive what you type: first name, mobile number, email address, what you're interested in, and whether you checked the text-message box or the newsletter box. The form asks for both a phone number and an email so Anthony can reach you by call or email to set up your tour. We text that number only if you check the separate text-message box. We use what you send only to contact you about touring and living at Ashland MHC, plus the newsletter if you ticked that box, and we don't sell it.

The monthly builder runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type there are not sent to us.

Newsletter

If you sign up for news by email, or tick the optional newsletter box on the tour form (it starts unchecked), we receive your email address, phone number and, if you give it, your first name. Both the email and the phone number are required. Your tour request goes through the same way whether or not you tick it. We keep them in Loops (loops.so), the service that sends our emails, and use them only for the newsletter and to answer you if you write back. We don't send text messages from the newsletter signup, and we don't sell what you send. Every email has an unsubscribe link. The welcome email suggests one product for your home. That link goes to a shop page that links to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the separate text-message box on the form. When you do, we record the time and the wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call 1-800-209-1533 and ask us to stop. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of renting or buying.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block them with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Applications

The community application opens on a separate secure application site with its own privacy terms.
